Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounces) fish fillets (halibut, cod, rock fish, salmon), skin removed
- ⅔ cup finely chopped walnuts
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Lemon wedges
- 4 (170.1g) fish fillets (halibut, cod, rock fish, salmon), skin removed
- 157.73ml finely chopped walnuts
- 118.29ml panko breadcrumbs
- 25.56g butter, melted
- 25.56g whole grain Dijon mustard
- 59.15ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 25.56g chopped fresh parsley
- 17.04g mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Lemon wedges
This walnut crust gives your fish amazing flavor and texture. Quickly becoming a masterpiece.
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
STEP 2
In a mixing bowl, stir together, chopped walnuts, panko, butter, mustard, Parmesan and parsley.
STEP 3
Pat fish dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish on prepared sheet.
STEP 4
Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise onto top of each fillet. Divide breadcrumb mixture evenly and press onto tops of fillets.
STEP 5
Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through (cooking time varies depending on thickness of fillets). If necessary, turn broiler on high for last 1-2 minutes of cooking to brown crust. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
