Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds cream cheese
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
- 3 - 4 mini sweet peppers finely diced (red, orange and/or yellow)
- ½ cup finely diced red onion
- ½ cup finely diced cucumber, seeded
- 680.39g cream cheese

Preparation
STEP 1
Put all ingredients into a stand mixer with flat beater and mix until well combined. Spread on your favorite toasted bagel, toast or English muffin!
