Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 3 - 4 mini sweet peppers finely diced (red, orange and/or yellow)
  • ½ cup finely diced red onion
  • ½ cup finely diced cucumber, seeded
  • 680.39g cream cheese
  • 236.59ml grated carrots
  • 473.18ml finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 3 - 4 mini sweet peppers finely diced (red, orange and/or yellow)
  • 118.29ml finely diced red onion
  • 118.29ml finely diced cucumber, seeded

Preparation
STEP 1
