Ingredients
  • ½ box T&C EveryDay Shells
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into strips
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ large yellow onion, diced
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic (1 large clove)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 box T&C EveryDay Shells
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into strips
  • 226.8g ground beef
  • 0.5 large yellow onion, diced
  • 6.39g minced garlic (1 large clove)
  • 2.13g salt
  • 1.07g pepper
  • 709.76ml Alfredo sauce
  • 236.59ml blue cheese crumbles
  • 354.88ml shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
STEP 1

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta al dente, per package instructions.

STEP 2

In a large sauté pan over medium heat cook bacon strips until crispy.

STEP 3

Remove bacon and set aside, reserving some of the bacon fat in pan.

STEP 4

Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef and diced onions to bacon fat coated pan. Cook until browned and softened. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

STEP 5

Mix ground beef mixture with cooked pasta and alfredo sauce. Stir in blue cheese crumbles.

STEP 6

Pour pasta mixture into casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.

STEP 7

Bake casserole at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until pasta is hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Top with crispy bacon strips, serve, and immerse yourself in upleveled burger goodness.
