- ½ box T&C EveryDay Shells
- 8 slices bacon, cut into strips
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ large yellow onion, diced
- ½ tablespoon minced garlic (1 large clove)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 box T&C EveryDay Shells
- 8 slices bacon, cut into strips
- 226.8g ground beef
- 0.5 large yellow onion, diced
- 6.39g minced garlic (1 large clove)
- 2.13g salt
- 1.07g pepper
- 709.76ml Alfredo sauce
- 236.59ml blue cheese crumbles
- 354.88ml shredded cheddar cheese

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta al dente, per package instructions.
In a large sauté pan over medium heat cook bacon strips until crispy.
Remove bacon and set aside, reserving some of the bacon fat in pan.
Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef and diced onions to bacon fat coated pan. Cook until browned and softened. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix ground beef mixture with cooked pasta and alfredo sauce. Stir in blue cheese crumbles.
Pour pasta mixture into casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake casserole at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until pasta is hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Top with crispy bacon strips, serve, and immerse yourself in upleveled burger goodness.
