  • 4 portabella mushrooms, gills and stems removed
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon each kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 portabella mushrooms, gills and stems removed
  • 236.59ml shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 236.59ml diced tomatoes
  • 4.26g Italian seasoning
  • 2.13g each kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 118.29ml dry breadcrumbs
  • 38.34g butter, melted

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP 2

Combine cheese, tomato, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs and butter.

STEP 3

Stuff mushrooms with mixture.

STEP 4

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are browned and cheese is melted.
