Ingredients
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 pound smoked salmon
  • 2 cups picked watercress or baby arugula
  • 118.29ml (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 25.56g chopped fresh dill (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 59.15ml Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 baguette
  • 453.59g smoked salmon
  • 473.18ml picked watercress or baby arugula

Preparation
STEP 1

Stir together butter, dill and mustard until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Split baguette lengthwise. Spread butter mixture on both sides.

STEP 3

Add salmon and watercress to bottom half of baguette. Season lightly with pepper and top with other half of baguette. Cut into portions and enjoy, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
