- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup fresh basil (loosely packed), thinly sliced
- 2 pounds skin-on salmon fillet
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 12.78g Dijon mustard
- 59.15ml fresh basil (loosely packed), thinly sliced
- 907.18g skin-on salmon fillet
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
STEP 1
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
STEP 2
Stir together butter, mustard and basil.
STEP 3
Place salmon on a double layer of foil and season with salt and pepper. Pour butter over salmon.
STEP 4
Place foil-lined salmon on grill and close lid. Grill for 7-12 minutes (depending on thickness of salmon), or until just cooked through. Serve hot.
Options
This recipe alternately can be baked in a 450˚F oven for 10-12 minutes depending on thickness of the salmon.
