- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup fresh basil (loosely packed), thinly sliced
- 2 pounds skin-on fish fillet (salmon, halibut, cod, etc.)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 12.78g Dijon mustard
- 59.15ml fresh basil (loosely packed), thinly sliced
- 907.18g skin-on fish fillet (salmon, halibut, cod, etc.)

We’re Northwesterners, and we love salmon! All fish really! This recipe is one of our favorite ways to enjoy it. It’s simple and full of flavor, and we think you’ll love it too.
Preparation
STEP 1
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
STEP 2
Stir together butter, mustard and basil.
STEP 3
Place fish on a double layer of foil and season with salt and pepper. Pour butter over fish.
STEP 4
Place foil-lined fish on the grill and close lid. Cook for 7-12 minutes (depending on thickness of the fish), or until just cooked through. Serve hot.
Options
This recipe alternately can be baked in a 450˚F oven for 10-12 minutes depending on thickness of the fish.
