Try this shortcut lasagna with all the comfort, but none of the hassle! Layer ravioli, sauce, and cheese for a quick, hearty meal. Want to skip the meat? Totally fine, it’s just as delicious meatless!
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, ground beef, ground turkey, or plant-based grind
  • 1 (24 ounces) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 packs fresh or frozen ravioli (about 20 ounces total)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese for garnish, optional
  • 453.59g Italian sausage, ground beef, ground turkey, or plant-based grind
  • 1 (680.39g) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 packs fresh or frozen ravioli (about 20 ounces total)
  • 473.18ml shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese for garnish, optional

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

Cook and brown ground meat in a large sauté pan.

STEP 3

Add sauce to the meat. Mix and bring to a simmer.

STEP 4

Layer everything together in a baking dish or lasagna pan. Start with a little sauce. Add ravioli, more sauce, then cheese. Repeat one more time, sauce, ravioli, sauce, cheese.

STEP 5

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
