Ingredients
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, optional
  • 473.18ml oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 118.29ml canned pumpkin puree
  • 25.56g peanut butter
  • 2.13g cinnamon, optional

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

In a bowl combine oat flour, eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter and cinnamon. Mix until well combined and dough forms.

STEP 3

On a lightly floured surface roll dough out until it’s about 1/4-inch thick.

STEP 4

Cut dough into desired shapes and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.

STEP 5

Bake biscuits for 20 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container on the counter for 3-5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
