- ½ cup cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded (cooked or canned, no oil or salt)
- ¼ cup finely shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked white rice (no salt)
- ⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce or shredded apple
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree or plain yogurt
- 118.29ml cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded (cooked or canned, no oil or salt)
- 59.15ml finely shredded carrots
- 236.59ml cooked white rice (no salt)
- 78.86ml unsweetened apple sauce or shredded apple
- 59.15ml pumpkin puree or plain yogurt

Preparation
STEP 1
Mix chicken, carrots, rice, apple sauce and pumpkin in a bowl.
STEP 2
With a spoon, small scoop or your hands form mixture into small bite sized treats.
STEP 3
Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and freeze until firm. Transfer to a resealable bag and keep frozen for up to 6 months.
