Ingredients
- 4 (6-8 ounce) fish fillets (cod, halibut, or salmon)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup finely chopped chives
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- lemon wedges to serving

- 118.29ml chopped pecans
- 59.15ml finely chopped chives

Fish is a great option for easy weeknight dinners because it cooks so fast. This flavorful recipe comes together in no time and will be a big hit with the family, too.
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 2
Place fish fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
In a small bowl mix honey and Dijon.
STEP 4
In another bowl mix panko, chopped pecans, chives and melted butter.
STEP 5
Coat each fish fillet with honey mustard mixture to act as glue.
STEP 6
Press pecan breadcrumb mixture into coated fillets dividing amongst.
STEP 7
Bake fish for about 12-15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
