Fish is a great option for easy weeknight dinners because it cooks so fast. This flavorful recipe comes together in no time and will be a big hit with the family, too.
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-8 ounce) fish fillets (cod, halibut, or salmon)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup finely chopped chives
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • lemon wedges to serving

  • 12.78g honey
  • 38.34g Dijon mustard
  • 118.29ml panko breadcrumbs
  • 118.29ml chopped pecans
  • 59.15ml finely chopped chives
  • 59.15ml butter, melted
  • lemon wedges to serving

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP 2

Place fish fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

In a small bowl mix honey and Dijon.

STEP 4

In another bowl mix panko, chopped pecans, chives and melted butter.

STEP 5

Coat each fish fillet with honey mustard mixture to act as glue.

STEP 6

Press pecan breadcrumb mixture into coated fillets dividing amongst.

STEP 7

Bake fish for about 12-15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
