Ingredients
- 2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
- ⅓ cup pesto
- ½-1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Spinach or Kale Feta Dip (in the deli)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 2
Lay puff pastry sheets on work surface. Using a rolling pin, roll into slightly larger and thinner rectangles.
STEP 3
Place one sheet on parchment-lined baking sheet, spread pesto on it and sprinkle with mozzarella.
STEP 4
Top with second sheet, press gently and pinch the edges to seal. Cut pastry into a tree-like shape if feeling festive!
STEP 5
Leaving 1-inch down the center intact, cut 1-inch strips from the intact center to the edge of the pastry. Twist each strip. Brush with egg wash and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a platter and serve with dip of choice.
