Mexican Halibut Bake

It’s a little bit creamy, a little bit spicy, a whole lot delicious! Don’t walk but run to make this easy one pan fish dish. Also works great using cod!
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 pounds skinless halibut fillet (cut into 4 portions) or cod
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¾ cup salsa
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 59.15ml butter, melted
  • 907.18g skinless halibut fillet (cut into 4 portions) or cod
  • Salt and pepper
  • 177.44ml salsa
  • 177.44ml mayonnaise
  • 177.44ml sour cream
  • 12.78g minced garlic
  • 25.56g lemon juice

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

Pour butter into the bottom of a large baking dish. Arrange halibut in dish and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Mix salsa, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and lemon juice. Spoon over halibut.

STEP 4

Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until fish is cooked and flakes easily.
