- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 pounds skinless halibut fillet (cut into 4 portions) or cod
- Salt and pepper
- ¾ cup salsa
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 907.18g skinless halibut fillet (cut into 4 portions) or cod
- Salt and pepper
- 177.44ml salsa
- 177.44ml mayonnaise
- 177.44ml sour cream
- 12.78g minced garlic
- 25.56g lemon juice
It’s a little bit creamy, a little bit spicy, a whole lot delicious! Don’t walk but run to make this easy one pan fish dish. Also works great using cod!
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
Pour butter into the bottom of a large baking dish. Arrange halibut in dish and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Mix salsa, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and lemon juice. Spoon over halibut.
STEP 4
Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until fish is cooked and flakes easily.
