When I dip, you dip, we dip! Some great options to liven up lunch, or after-school snacks. Get creative and adjust the flavors for your picky eater!
Ingredients
  • Yogurt Dip:
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
  • Dash of cinnamon or vanilla – (optional)
  • *
  • Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip:
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • *
  • Sweet and Spicy Almond Butter Dip:
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala (Indian spice blend)
  • Salt to taste

  • 118.29ml plain yogurt
  • 4.26g honey, or to taste
  • Dash of cinnamon or vanilla – (optional)

  • Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip:
  • 118.29ml low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2.13g apple cider vinegar
  • 2.13g dried parsley
  • 0.53g dried dill
  • 1.07g garlic powder
  • Pinch onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Sweet and Spicy Almond Butter Dip:
  • 118.29ml almond butter
  • 4.26g brown sugar
  • 2.13g garam masala (Indian spice blend)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
STEP 1

Yogurt Dip – Sweeten plain yogurt to taste with honey. Add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla (or both!).

STEP 2

Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip – In a food processor, puree cottage cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Sweet and Spicy Almond Butter Dip – Stir all ingredients together until well combined.

Options

Pack these dips in sealed cups with finger foods for dipping - (fruit, vegetables, rolled-up lunch meat, bread sticks, bagel chips, etc.).
