- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 head garlic, peeled
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 ½ tablespoons each minced fresh parsley and cilantro
- 1 teaspoon each minced mint and basil (fresh or dry)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 946.35ml chicken broth
- 1 head garlic, peeled

Preparation
STEP 1
Place chicken broth, garlic, onion, herbs, curry powder and pepper flakes in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are very tender.
STEP 2
Pour through a strainer and return broth to pan.
STEP 3
Add garlic, onions and herbs to a food processor or blender and puree. Add back to broth and stir to combine. Season with salt and lemon juice. Serve hot.
