Ingredients
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 ½ tablespoons each minced fresh parsley and cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon each minced mint and basil (fresh or dry)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 946.35ml chicken broth
  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 19.17g each minced fresh parsley and cilantro
  • 4.26g each minced mint and basil (fresh or dry)
  • 4.26g curry powder
  • 1.07g red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 12.78g fresh lemon juice

Preparation
STEP 1

Place chicken broth, garlic, onion, herbs, curry powder and pepper flakes in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are very tender.

STEP 2

Pour through a strainer and return broth to pan.

STEP 3

Add garlic, onions and herbs to a food processor or blender and puree. Add back to broth and stir to combine. Season with salt and lemon juice. Serve hot.
