  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ warm water
  • Oil for frying

  • 4.26g salt
  • 1.5 warm water
  • Oil for frying

Preparation
STEP 1

Mix flour, powdered milk, baking powder and salt thoroughly.

STEP 2

Add water. Knead until soft, then set dough aside to rest for one hour.

STEP 3

Shape into small balls. Flatten each ball into a circle with or rolling pin or by hand.

STEP 4

Fry in a skillet half-full of oil heated to 400°F until golden brown on both sides.
