You don't just bust out any ol' popsicle to cool off, you chill out in styyyyyyle. And, hey, grown-ups need treats, too.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Rosé wine - dry or sweet depending on your preference!
  • ½ cup grapefruit juice
  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped pear
  • 2 cups hulled and sliced strawberries, divided
  • 354.88ml Rosé wine - dry or sweet depending on your preference!
  • 118.29ml grapefruit juice
  • 118.29ml white grape juice
  • 236.59ml peeled and chopped pear
  • 473.18ml hulled and sliced strawberries, divided

Preparation
STEP 1

Add the Rosé wine, grapefruit juice, white grape juice, pears and 1 cup of strawberries to a blender.

STEP 2

Blend for 30-60 seconds until the fruit has blended fully, the mixture will be foamy.

STEP 3

Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, leaving room for the cut strawberries.

STEP 4

Add the remaining strawberry slices to the mold.

STEP 5

Freeze for two hours.

STEP 6

Remove the mold from the freezer and add the popsicle sticks to each, the mixture should be slushy.

STEP 7

Freeze for an additional 6 hours. Remove popsicles and enjoy! If popsicles are difficult to remove, run some warm water along the outside or dip the mold in a bowl of warm water.
