  • 4 beef burger patties (or plant-based)
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 brioche burger buns, toasted
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • Fig preserves
  • Pickled red onion
  • Arugula

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

STEP 2

Cook burgers until browned on both sides and meat is cooked to your preference, about 3-7 minutes per side depending on patty thickness.

STEP 3

Top each burger with some blue cheese crumbles and cook until cheese just starts to melt.

STEP 4

Build burgers on toasted brioche buns with a spread of fig preserves, 2 slices crispy cooked bacon, grilled patty with blue cheese, pickled red onions and some arugula.
