Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons finely ground coffee
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika (not smoked)
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 ½ teaspoons teaspoons kosher salt
  • 38.34g finely ground coffee
  • 8.52g brown sugar
  • 8.52g sweet paprika (not smoked)
  • 8.52g freshly ground black pepper
  • 4.26g chili powder
  • 4.26g ground coriander
  • 6.39g teaspoons kosher salt

Preparation
STEP 1

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to two months.

Options

This rub is great on anything and everything you put on the grill – steaks, ribs, chicken and more. Allow the rub to really penetrate and flavor the meat by letting it sit for 20-30 minutes. Use a combination of direct and indirect heat to get that perfect combination of char and caramelization!
