- 118.29ml brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4.26g vanilla
- 354.88ml flour
- 2.13g baking soda
- 2.13g baking powder
- 2.13g cinnamon
- 2.13g kosher salt
- 2 Hatch chiles, seeded and chopped (adjust for heat)
- 236.59ml chocolate chips
- 118.29ml chopped pecans

Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
With a mixer or wooden spoon cream butter and sugars.
STEP 3
Add egg and vanilla.
STEP 4
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Combine with wet ingredients.
STEP 5
Stir in chiles, chocolate chips, and pecans.
STEP 6
Scoop and roll dough into balls. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet leaving room for them to spread.

Bake for 11-14 minutes until bottom lightly browns but cookies are still soft. Cool before you enjoy!
