Ingredients
- Marshmallow fluff
- Crushed candy canes
- 12 ounces cream soda
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2-4 drops peppermint extract
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- Mini candy canes for garnish, optional
- 4 sprigs of mint for garnish, optional

- 25.56g simple syrup

No one feels left out with this mocktail! This festive drink is creamy and rich with a bubbly peppermint finish. Be prepared to make refills!
Preparation
STEP 1
Take the marshmallow fluff and spread onto a small plate. Dip a martini glass upside down and coat the rim.
STEP 2
Pour the crushed candy canes onto another plate and dip the coated rim into it.
STEP 3
Combine the cream soda, half-and-half, peppermint extract and simple syrup into a container with ice.
STEP 4
Mix until cold and strain into each glass.
STEP 5
Garnish with a mini candy cane and mint sprig if desired.
Options
For a 21+ option, reduce the half-and-half to a ½ cup and add 4 ounces vodka.
