Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 5 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce (like Frank’s Red Hot)
- ½ pound cooked shredded or cubed chicken, or small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large, pre-made pizza crust
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 stalks celery, diced and chilled
- 2 tablespoons Italian flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped

- 63.9g of your favorite hot sauce (like Frank’s Red Hot)
- 226.8g cooked shredded or cubed chicken, or small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large, pre-made pizza crust
- 118.29ml shredded mozzarella cheese
- 118.29ml crumbled blue cheese
- 2 stalks celery, diced and chilled
- 25.56g Italian flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
It’s always the right time for pizza – add a new flavor combo to try! The flavors here come together perfectly – spicy and creamy, while the celery adds brightness and an unexpected crunch.
Preparation
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 450°F (or follow package directions for pizza crust).
STEP 2
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until onion is translucent. Whisk in flour, then hot sauce. Simmer for 1 minute.
STEP 3
Pour sauce over chicken or shrimp and toss to coat. Spread over pizza crust.
STEP 4
Toss cheeses together and sprinkle over top of pizza. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with celery and parsley. Serve immediately.
