Ingredients
- 1 everything bagel
- 1 plain bagel
- 2 tablespoons whipped plain cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons whipped strawberry cream cheese
- 3 slices lox
- 6 slices Persian cucumber
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 grapes
- 6 strawberries, hulled
- 4 long bamboo skewers
- 1 everything bagel
- 1 plain bagel
- 25.56g whipped plain cream cheese
- 25.56g whipped strawberry cream cheese
- 3 slices lox
- 6 slices Persian cucumber
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 grapes
- 6 strawberries, hulled
- 4 long bamboo skewers
Fun and easy brunch-on-a-stick for a day of adventure – one sweet, one savory.
Preparation
STEP 1
Slice both bagels in half, and spread plain cream cheese on each side of the everything bagel and strawberry cream cheese on the plain bagel.
STEP 2
Place the bagel halves back together and cut each bagel into 8 pieces.
STEP 3
Thread two skewers starting with the everything bagel, cucumber, Lox and cherry tomato, repeating twice.
STEP 4
Thread the remaining two skewers starting with the plain bagel, strawberries and grape, repeating twice.
