Everyone’s favorite! Serve with a mountain of guacamole, sour cream and salsa on a bed of shredded lettuce for maximum deliciousness.

Preparation
STEP 1

Combine the shredded meat, shredded cheese, cream cheese, green chiles and onions in a bowl and mix until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

STEP 2

Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Evenly distribute filling amongst tortillas in a line across the middle of each tortilla. Carefully roll up, spray outside liberally with cooking spray and place in air fryer so they are not touching.

STEP 3

Air fry for 10 minutes at 375° rotating or turning halfway through cooking as needed to ensure even browning. More or less time may be needed depending on your air fryer.

Options

Warming tortillas first will help them be more pliable. To do this wrap in a paper towel and microwave in 10 second intervals until warm and flexible. Secure rolled tortillas with a toothpick before cooking if necessary and remove before serving.

Meat from our recipes Barbacoa lamb, Carnitas and Crockpot Chicken for Tacos are excellent in these!
