Air fryer fans already know, it's the convection cooking that creates the sweet 'n' spicy, crispy, finger-lickin' goodness you crave.
Preheat your air fryer 350°F for 2-4 minutes.
Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, orange juice and garlic. Pour over wings and marinate refrigerated for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
Place your wings in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure they are not touching, and cook for 9 minutes.
Flip wings over, baste with some of the remaining marinade, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until their internal temperature reaches 165°F. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving, or make optional glaze.
To make a glaze, combine the cornstarch and water to create a slurry – heat the remaining marinade over high heat, bringing to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer, and add slurry. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Baste over your wings before garnishing!
To make in the oven, cook in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes, then baste the wings with ½ the marinade. Bake another 20-25 minutes, basting and turning every 5 minutes. Garnish and enjoy!
