Air fryer fans already know, it's the convection cooking that creates the sweet 'n' spicy, crispy, finger-lickin' goodness you crave.

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat your air fryer 350°F for 2-4 minutes.

Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, orange juice and garlic. Pour over wings and marinate refrigerated for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

STEP 2

Place your wings in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure they are not touching, and cook for 9 minutes.

STEP 3

Flip wings over, baste with some of the remaining marinade, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until their internal temperature reaches 165°F. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving, or make optional glaze.

Options
  • To make a glaze, combine the cornstarch and water to create a slurry – heat the remaining marinade over high heat, bringing to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer, and add slurry. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Baste over your wings before garnishing!

  • To make in the oven, cook in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes, then baste the wings with ½ the marinade. Bake another 20-25 minutes, basting and turning every 5 minutes. Garnish and enjoy!
