The grapes are meticulously harvested from estate-owned vineyards and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 8 days of maceration. After this initial process, the wine is aged in 225-liter oak barrels for 4 months on lees in French oak barrels. This red wine presents a captivating dark color, light tannins, and a medium-bodied structure.
