All natural. 16% fiber. We still bake our crispbread following the original family recipe used when the bakery was first founded in the 1920s. We have retained its simplicity and original, natural ingredients - Swedish whole grain rye, barley, oat and graham wheat flour, fresh water from our own spring, yeast and a pinch of salt. Nothing more, nothing less. Multigrain is a crispbread full of good fiber, baked with Wholemeal rye, oats, wheat and barley. With a full 16% fiber content, Multigrain is a rich and particularly healthy bread. To make it extra healthy the crispbread is sprinkled with flakes of rye. The classic Swedish way to enjoy crispbread is to spread it with butter and top with a thin slice of cheese. But cream cheese with a little piece of ham and a slice of tomato tastes just as good, or then there's egg, salami, avocado, or why not try them all and decide which one you like best?
