Fusilli Pasta

Here’s the twist with our fusilli pasta: it’s made with regeneratively farmed semolina wheat flour from a sustainably focused Washington-based company. Our pasta maker uses a traditional Italian bronze-cut process, to get a slightly porous texture that holds more sauce in every bite. And bonus, the original recipe on the box was a winner in our employee recipe contest.
