Leave the film on, do not vent. Place tray on baking sheet on center oven rack. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let stand for 1 minute and enjoy.  Microwave instruction: Leave the film on, do not vent. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Peel corner of the film to vent. Cook for another 4 minutes on 50% power. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy!
