Our own twist on the classic samosa with potatoes, chickpeas, peas and well-simmered tomatoes in a rich Indian spice blend. The samosa was introduced to the Indian subcontinent in the 15th or 14th century by traders from Central Asia. Typically filled with potato, green peas, lentils, spices and green chili, our wrap version adds tomatoes and chickpeas for a delicious spin on the original.
