Eden Diakon Radish

The finest daikon radish is chosen for Eden Pickled Daikon, washed and slowly sun dried. Then, pickled with rice bran (nuka) and sea salt. Traditionally, two thin slices are served at meals end to cleanse the palate and aid in the digestion. Great in nori rolls. Product of Japan.
