Aged 6+ months. 95% grass fed (based on a three-year average). 250 days on pasture (based on a three-year average). Sweet & Creamy: This aged cheddar has lots of character. Grass fed. No rBST (No significant difference has been found between milk derived from rBST treated and non-rBST treated cows). Animal welfare approved by AGW. 100% Dedicated to Animal Care: Our cows enjoy most of the year out on family farms, grazing on the lush green pastures of Ireland. And when the temperature drops, they come inside for shelter and eat harvested grass and extra nutrition the other 5% to keep them healthy. At Truly Grass Fed, we truly believe in 100% animal care.
