Elysian Ipa Series

Fresh and bright, Said in Zest is brewed with grated grapefruit zest and saison yeast. Aromas of citrus and pine emanate through Chinook, Cascade, and Eureka. Tasting notes of banana, clove, and bubble gum help round out this saison. Limited release this September.
