We refuse to add processed sugars, concentrates or artificial flavors, and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. OutCider: OutCider is made from a fresh-pressed blend of jonagold apples and other Northwest varieties. Jonagold is a cross of two famous cultivars bred for unusually large and flavorful fruit. Its thin skin lends a hint of tannin to balance the natural sweetness of the juice, jonagold apples are ideal for an unfiltered cider, with juicy notes of the raw fruit left fully intact.
