We simmer ours with red lentils, carrots and tamarind-hearty, tangy additions that will wake up your mouth with every bite. Our Everyday Dals are inspired by the lentil dishes cooked in a variety of ways by Indians worldwide. I've given them a fresh twist by layering in some of my favorite mouth-watering ingredients.
