Ingredients
  • 1 box T&C EveryDay Cavatappi
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 lemons, zested
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed) or shelled crab
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • 1 box T&C EveryDay Cavatappi
  • 51.12g butter
  • 4 lemons, zested
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 78.86ml heavy cream
  • 1-2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 118.29ml grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
  • 236.59ml reserved pasta water
  • 453.59g shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails removed) or shelled crab
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation
STEP 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta per package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before straining pasta.

STEP 2

Strain pasta and return pot to medium-low heat. Add butter to melt.

STEP 3

To melted butter, add lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper. Stir and cook to bring out flavor. About 1-2 minutes.

STEP 4

Add cream and ½ cup of reserved pasta water.

STEP 5

Add shrimp (or crab) and cook until just done. You do not want to overcook!

STEP 6

Add pasta back to pot and mix to evenly coat. Add more pasta water if needed to build sauce.

STEP 7

Off heat, add parmesan cheese and parsley. Give it one more mix so every - thing is evenly dispersed. Serve with extra parmesan cheese and enjoy!
