Ingredients
  • 1 pound sirloin, tri-tip, or any favorite steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cups prepared creamy mushroom soup
  • 12 ounces egg noodles, prepared according to package instructions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 453.59g sirloin, tri-tip, or any favorite steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 709.76ml prepared creamy mushroom soup
  • 340.19g egg noodles, prepared according to package instructions
  • 59.15ml chopped fresh chives

Preparation
STEP 1

Lightly drizzle steak with oil and season well with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Lightly coat with oil and heat until shimmering.

STEP 3

Add steak and sauté until lightly browned. Remove to a bowl.

STEP 4

Add onion to skillet and cook until tender, about five minutes.

STEP 5

Stir in the mushroom soup, steak, and any accumulated meat juices. Heat through. Serve over hot egg noodles and garnish with fresh chives.
