Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin, tri-tip, or any favorite steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- Olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cups prepared creamy mushroom soup
- 12 ounces egg noodles, prepared according to package instructions
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- 453.59g sirloin, tri-tip, or any favorite steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- Olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 709.76ml prepared creamy mushroom soup
- 340.19g egg noodles, prepared according to package instructions
- 59.15ml chopped fresh chives

Preparation
STEP 1
Lightly drizzle steak with oil and season well with salt and pepper.
STEP 2
Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Lightly coat with oil and heat until shimmering.
STEP 3
Add steak and sauté until lightly browned. Remove to a bowl.
STEP 4
Add onion to skillet and cook until tender, about five minutes.
STEP 5
Stir in the mushroom soup, steak, and any accumulated meat juices. Heat through. Serve over hot egg noodles and garnish with fresh chives.
