- 1 tablespoon powder supplement, optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, powdered cinnamon or spice blend, optional

- ⅓ cup chopped fresh or frozen fruit, optional
- 2 tablespoons chopped dried fruit, optional

Preparation
STEP 1
Combine ingredients of choice in a sealable container in order listed. Stir if desired.
STEP 2
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
STEP 3
Stir, add more liquid if desired and adjust seasonings to taste.
Options
The optional ingredients and amounts are a rough guideline to choose from, pick several as desired.
Some nuts and fresh fruit are better added right before eating for best texture. Mix it up and make a different combination each time!
These oats will last up to 3-5 days in the fridge depending on ingredients chosen.
While overnight oats are typically enjoyed cold or at room temperature, you can certainly heat them up (in a microwave-safe container) for a minute or two if desired.
