Preparation
STEP 1
Melt butter over medium-low heat, add onions, season with salt and cook covered, until very soft and translucent (a little color is ok).
STEP 2
Add peas and cook to heat through
STEP 3
Just before peas are done add mint and season with salt and pepper to taste
