Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled and chopped ripe mango
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- ½ cup ice
- Ground cinnamon or cardamom, to taste, optional

- 236.59ml plain Greek yogurt
- 118.29ml whole milk
- 12.78g honey, or to taste
- 118.29ml ice
- Ground cinnamon or cardamom, to taste, optional
Travel to India in your own kitchen with a creamy and refreshing mango Lassi! Similar to a milkshake, but unique and special in its own way.
Preparation
STEP 1
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Chill before serving.
Options
This can also be made using frozen mango, just omit the ice!
Also try the Lassi with a teaspoon of rosewater, pinch of saffron, or a topping of chopped pistachios.
Substitute the mango with 1 whole peeled tangerine and the juice of another whole tangerine.
