Ingredients
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped ripe mango
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
  • ½ cup ice
  • Ground cinnamon or cardamom, to taste, optional
  • 473.18ml peeled and chopped ripe mango
  • 236.59ml plain Greek yogurt
  • 118.29ml whole milk
  • 12.78g honey, or to taste
  • 118.29ml ice
  • Ground cinnamon or cardamom, to taste, optional

Preparation
STEP 1

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Chill before serving.

Options

This can also be made using frozen mango, just omit the ice!

Also try the Lassi with a teaspoon of rosewater, pinch of saffron, or a topping of chopped pistachios.

Substitute the mango with 1 whole peeled tangerine and the juice of another whole tangerine.
