            This appetizer is simple using premade meatballs and sauce, but the flavor is anything but!  Lamb pairs perfectly with the North African spice of harissa. If lamb is not for you use any favorite meatball!

            Preparation
            
                                    
                        STEP 1
                        Either pan-fry meatballs in a small amount of oil or bake in a 375°F oven until browned and cooked. 
                     
                                    
                        STEP 2
                        Serve with warmed harissa sauce for dipping.

                        For a mild and creamy sauce mix harissa with plain Greek yogurt. You can substitute beef, chicken, or plant-based meatballs.
