Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounces) can coconut cream
  • 1 ½ cups rum
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 12 ounces pineapple juice
  • Ice
  • Sliced pineapple as garnish
  • Grated nutmeg as garnish
  • 1 (425.24g) can coconut cream
  • 354.88ml rum
  • 473.18ml eggnog
  • 340.19g pineapple juice
  • Ice
  • Sliced pineapple as garnish
  • Grated nutmeg as garnish

Preparation
STEP 1

Combine coconut cream, rum, eggnog and pineapple juice into a blender. Fill with ice and blend well.

STEP 2

Pour into individual glasses, and add a sliced pineapple and a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg to finish!
