Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounces) can coconut cream
- 1 ½ cups rum
- 2 cups eggnog
- 12 ounces pineapple juice
- Ice
- Sliced pineapple as garnish
- Grated nutmeg as garnish

- 354.88ml rum
- 473.18ml eggnog
- 340.19g pineapple juice
- Ice

Preparation
STEP 1
Combine coconut cream, rum, eggnog and pineapple juice into a blender. Fill with ice and blend well.
STEP 2
Pour into individual glasses, and add a sliced pineapple and a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg to finish!
