Preparation
STEP 1
In a greased baking dish, combine bread and cheese. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over bread and cheese.
STEP 2
Cook off bacon until nice and crispy or to whatever crispness desired. Dice/crumble and spread evenly over casserole.
STEP 3
Refrigerate for a few hours or as long as overnight. Remove from fridge for 30 mins before baking.
STEP 4
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 45-55 mins. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
