Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup mashed bananas (about two large)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
  • 118.29ml unsalted butter, softened
  • 236.59ml sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 236.59ml mashed bananas (about two large)
  • 38.34g milk
  • 473.18ml flour
  • 4.26g baking powder
  • 2.13g baking soda
  • 236.59ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 118.29ml chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)

Preparation
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

STEP 2

In mixing bowl cream butter, sugar and egg.

STEP 3

In a separate small bowl combine bananas and milk.

STEP 4

Combine and mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and add to creamed mixture

STEP 5

Add in the banana mixture, and fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

STEP 6

Pour into greased long pan and bake at 350° for 60-70 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 min before removing from pan. Brush top with butter before serving.

Options

To make these into muffins, pour prepared batter into a greased or lined muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
