Jeremy teaches us how to make gnocchi from scratch - soft Italian dumplings made with potatoes, wonderful for soaking up butter or sauce and utterly delicious. In this preparation you'll sauté them with shredded brussels sprouts - made even easier for you by our Fresh Prep department. Each $15 ticket gets you a seat at the classroom table and a delicious lunch.
