When local kids go off to college and ask their parents to ship them boxes full of our cookies because they miss them, we know we’re doing something right.
Maybe it’s the magic of the ingredient mix. The real, rich butter. The sustainably produced Shepherd’s Grain flour from right here in the PNW. The peanut butter made by our friends at CB's Peanut Butter.
Maybe it’s the recipes we work so hard to develop so they’re just the way we want them. And how we focus on getting every batch to come out perfect—watching, noticing, adjusting oven rack positions, and compensating every little change in the weather temperature.
How do you take this much care with 10,000 cookie dough balls a day?
Well, maybe you need to try a few and find out. From the classics to the seasonal specials, our cookie lineup is pretty impossible to resist:
Chocolate Chip – The classic, most asked-for chocolate chip cookie—for good reason.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip – Made with local CB's Peanut Butter (with a few CB's peanut bits on top), they’re a fan favorite.
Snickerdoodle – Cinnamon-sugar perfection with a tender, chewy center. Mmmm.
Cowboy Walnut – Nutty, hearty, chocolate-chippy, with a bit of coconut and loads of buttery goodness.
Oatmeal Raisin – Chewy oats, sweet raisins, and our unbeatably perfect spice combo.
Ginger Molasses – Deep, spicy-sweet flavor with a crunch of crystal sugar on top (this one’s our bakery manager Patti’s personal favorite).
Kerrygold Butter Shortbread –That rich, Irish butter flavor pops right through, showcasing each ingredient in this beautifully crumbly spring cookie.
Pistachio Orange—Buttery, nutty summer-season cookies with a spark of orange zest, rolled in orange-infused sugar and drizzled with white chocolate.
Pumpkin Walnut Chocolate Chip—People wait for this cake-like, chocolate-drizzled fall favorite all year, and from October through November they keep coming in for more.
After 30+ years in our bakery kitchen, Patti still loves what she does —maybe that’s why our cookies taste so extra-specially good. “We’re really like a family here,” she says, when we asked what makes our bakery different. “I don’t know if you get that in other stores. It’s just wonderful.”
