Ingredients
- 3 sprigs of mint, divided
- ½ fluid ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- 4 fluid ounces Prosecco, chilled
- 1 fluid ounce seltzer water, chilled
- Lemon wheel, for garnish

Raise a glass to easy summer entertaining with this refreshing cocktail. Light, floral, and perfectly bubbly, it's an effortlessly elegant cocktail you'll want to sip all season long.
Preparation
STEP 1
Strip the leaves off one mint sprig. Lightly slap the leaves in the palm of your hand to release the oils, add to a chilled white wine glass.
STEP 2
Fill the glass with ice, then add in the elderflower liqueur, chilled Prosecco and seltzer. Stir briefly to combine.
STEP 3
Garnish by placing a lemon wheel into the glass, alongside a bouquet of 2–3 additional mint sprigs.
