Ingredients
  • 4 large peaches
  • 8 snickerdoodle cookies (or your favorite vanilla cookie)
  • Whipped cream, mascarpone or vanilla yogurt
  • Cinnamon to garnish

Preparation
STEP 1

Cut peaches in half and remove pit. Brush with oil and grill cut-side down on medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes.

STEP 2

Place warm peach grilled-side up on cookie and top with dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
