Ingredients
            - Rosemary Syrup:
 - 1 cup water
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
 - Mocktail:
 - ½ fluid ounce rosemary simple syrup
 - 1 fluid ounce fresh grapefruit juice
 - 3 fluid ounces Joyus sparkling white
 - 1 fluid ounce soda water
 - Rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice, for garnish
 
- Rosemary Syrup:
 - 236.59ml water
 - 236.59ml sugar
 - 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
 - Mocktail:
 - 14.21ml rosemary simple syrup
 - 28.41ml fresh grapefruit juice
 - 85.24ml Joyus sparkling white
 - 28.41ml soda water
 - Rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice, for garnish

Preparation
            
                        STEP 1
                        
                                    For the syrup combine water, sugar and rosemary sprigs in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
                        STEP 2
                        
                                    In the wine glass, combine rosemary syrup and grapefruit juice.
                        STEP 3
                        
                                    Add the sparkling white wine alternative.
                        STEP 4
                        
                                            Top with soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a thin slice of grapefruit.
