We regret to inform our valued guests that Town & Country Markets is conducting a voluntary recall of multiple T&C Deli prepared products that contain herb stuffing. Our herb stuffing has egg as an ingredient, a major allergen. Egg was not included on the products’ ingredient labels nor called out as an allergen.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. No illnesses have been reported.
The herb stuffing products that were missing eggs in the ingredients and allergen statement are in the following list. These products were sold in our delis from November 3, 2025, through November 8, 2025, at five (5) of our markets: Poulsbo, Bainbridge, Shoreline, Ballard, and Mill Creek.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused. As soon as we discovered the error, we took immediate steps to remove the products from our sales floor. The products’ ingredient labels now include eggs listed as an ingredient and allergen.
