Go Hog Wild!

Beeler’s has been a family owned and operated company since 1846 when great-great-grandpa Fred – the original Hogfather – emigrated from Germany and established a farm in Iowa. Since then, the Beeler family has been raising animals naturally and humanely, with no antibiotics or GMOs, and T&C are delighted to be partnering with them to bring these superior pork products to your table. The Beelers will be visiting our markets from 11am-5pm on Saturday (Ballard, Poulsbo, Mill Creek), and Sunday (Lakemont, Shoreline, Bainbridge), cooking up a selection of delicious samples for you to try. They also will be giving a hog-cutting demonstrations at Poulsbo and Shoreline, so you can learn some butchery techniques before bringing home the bacon.
